Shipping Policy

For small items such as dice boxes or cutting boards, they will be sent by parcel post. Shipping charges will be calculated for these items during order confirmation and payment, depending on your location. Please note that some destinations are not yet available for delivery. If this applies to you, please write to us so that we can provide you with a quote tailored to your situation.

It is possible to collect your product directly from our workshop at no additional cost, but only for large items. To avoid any unsuccessful travel, we recommend that you make an appointment with us before you travel. Do not hesitate to contact us to arrange a suitable appointment.

We can deliver your furniture directly to your home, but you will be charged delivery costs which will be indicated when confirming your order. If you have any questions about these charges or would like a delivery quote, please do not hesitate to contact us.

There are currently some destinations that are not yet served by our delivery systems. However, we are actively working to find new delivery methods and companies to be able to cover all of Quebec and even beyond.
